We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade epoxy and wooden products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

✅ Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once you contact us, we will provide the correct return address.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to request changes or a cancellation.

After this period, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipping, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team immediately with the subject line: “Damaged/Missing Item Claim”.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund ASAP.

Sample Scenarios:

Tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it: If the carrier confirms delivery with a date, time, and location, we cannot be held responsible for missing items after delivery.

If the carrier cannot confirm delivery: Contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Wrong address entered by customer: If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible. However, we always do our best to assist our customers and may offer a replacement at a discounted rate (at our support team’s discretion).

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) in the required condition, we will process your refund immediately.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.

🚚 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received your order under a free shipping promotion, you are still responsible for covering return shipping costs.

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
